Our Order Processing and Curbside Pickup Policy
Processing Time. Orders usually are fulfilled within 1 day, but can take up to 4 days to process. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification confirming your order is available for pickup at the Valley Village location from 11am - 4pm.
Out of Stock Items. Despite our best efforts, occasionally items do sell out. In this case, we will notify you within 1-2 business days of your order. In many cases, we may be able to get more from the manufacturer in the near future.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Returns - During this uncertain time we will not be allowing returns. However, we will allow returns that are placed through curbside pickup today to be returned 2 weeks after our given re-opening date.
We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please be sure your return is in it’s original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price or process an exchange if possible.
We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen. On the off chance your item is defective or isn’t the exact item you ordered, we’re happy to issue a full refund or exchange if preferred.
