Where are you located?

We have four southern California locations, Valley Village, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Valencia. Our Online store operates and ships from our Valley Village location. See our locations page for complete details.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We typically fulfill orders in 1 to 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with a tracking number. If an inventory inaccuracy is discovered and an item is found not to be available, we will contact you via email right away.

Who should I contact for assistance with my online order?

Email with any order inquiries, or use the Contact-Us link found up top in our primary navigation and in our site footer towards the bottom. Please include your order number to help expedite the inquiry.

Can I order online and pickup in-store?

Currently, we only offer this service for products stocked at our Valley Village location, if items in your cart are eligible, you will see the "Pickup" option at checkout. Once ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Pickup orders are only processed Monday through Friday, and will typically be ready within 4 hours. If an inventory inaccuracy arises and the product is found not to be available, we will contact you straight away.

Can I order online and return in-store?

Yes you may. Bring item(s) with original tags still attached, in new, unused condition, with your order confirmation for the return to be processed. See Return Policy for timeline and complete details.

How do I start a return for my online order?

If you're in the area, you're welcome to make a return at one of our four retail location.

Alternatively, you may start a return directly from our website, just click the Login link on our website, enter the email you provided during checkout and click continue, you'll then receive a code via email, use this code to complete the Log In process. Once logged in you will notice your order history, select the order and designate items you wish to return, then submit the request.

Please note, for correctly shipped items, return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
