How does the rental process work?
Start by scheduling a fit appointment at one of our locations.
Please note: We offer snowboard rentals at all of our location, but only rent ski equipment out of our Valley Village and Thousand Oaks location, please keep this in mind when scheduling your fit appointment.
Go to your scheduled fit appointment.
Here we'll work to determine a comfortable fit, select equipment suitable for your intended trip, confirm availability for your desired dates, and book your pickup and drop off dates.
Pick up equipment.
Your equipment will be ready for pickup on your scheduled pickup date, after 1pm.
If your gear was to be taken out that same day, please allot extra time for us to fully setup your rental equipment.
When can I pick up my reserved gear?
Pick up is after 1pm on your scheduled pick up date.
What time do I need to get my gear back to Val Surf to avoid additional charges?
Drop off is before 1pm on your scheduled drop off date.
All equipment must be returned to it's originating Val Surf location.
Late Return = Late Fee. Late Fee = Double cost of first day for each late item, for each day late.
What is a Fit Appointment?
