Shipping & Returns

Our Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping. This promotion is for any order over $80 that ships within the Contiguous United States. Shipping will be through UPS or USPS at our discretion.

Processing Time. Please allow for 2 to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with a tracking number.

Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Out of Stock Items. Despite our best efforts, occasionally items do sell out. In this case, we will notify you within 1-2 business days of your order. In many cases, we may be able to get more from the manufacturer in the near future.

Please Note UPS Does not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs

Our Return & Exchange Policy


Returns are easy - You don’t even need to pick up the phone! Simply log in, click through your account to completed orders, and fill out a return request.

We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we give you a full 30 days from your ship date to return an item for a refund. Please be sure your return is in it’s original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price or process an exchange if possible.

Please note, for correctly shipped items, return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Val Surf is not responsible for damaged or lost items in return transit.

We pack our orders with care and ship them insured, but if you believe your package was damaged in transit, please take a photo of the item and packaging damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Need to cancel an order? No problem, just let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can refund your payment immediately. If your order has already shipped, we’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the shipment back and process the return.

We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen. On the off chance your item is defective or isn’t the exact item you ordered, we’re happy to send a prepaid return shipping label, and issue a full refund or exchange if preferred.

Items not eligible for return (Final Sale): Gift cards, Electronic gift codes, Bikinis.
